Jason Stephen Bailey, aged 33, of Hedgefield Grove, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing a satellite navigation system, worth 100, in Halesowen between November 10 and 13. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 18, having been released on bail. He was ordered to pay compensation of 200, a victim surcharge of 60 and 85 court costs.
