I returned the car for service repairs the rear liftgate stopped working on 12/12/21.I havent seen the car since.the manager mark cohen refuses to return the car to me.every time i call he gives me the run around.after 2 1/2 months of stalling by him i stopped calling.my son continued calling him after that.he finally asked for a refund end of february.havent seen any refund yet.I had to make the third payment on a car i dont have.i finally hired a lawyer to issue a demand letter to avis.im still waiting after third installment paid by me.worst car bying experience ever.dont ever buy a car from avis,biggest jerk offs ive ever seen.mark cohen is a runaround moron.tks donald woods, Avis just sent me an email allegedly from their emergency road service specialist stating after 22 days that I had an accident and would be charged $660 for an accident that NEVER HAPPENED!!!
